3.1 No Pyramid or Money-Circulation Scheme
GINWIN does not operate, promote, support or participate in any pyramid scheme, money circulation scheme or other prohibited scheme. No remuneration is payable merely for recruiting, enrolling, sponsoring or introducing another person.
3.2 Free Enrolment
Subject to the final Direct Seller Agreement, the Company does not require an entry fee, registration fee, subscription fee or mandatory investment merely to become a Direct Seller. No Direct Seller shall be required to purchase inventory in quantities unreasonable in relation to anticipated consumption or genuine retail demand.
3.3 Product-Sale Based Remuneration
Commissions, incentives, discounts, trade margins and other benefits, where applicable, arise from qualifying sales of genuine Company products/services under the published compensation plan. Recruitment, enrolment or sponsorship alone is not a basis for remuneration.
3.4 Direct Seller Relationship
Direct Sellers are independent business persons and are not employees, agents, partners or franchisees unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
3.5 Product Claims
Only authorised product descriptions and claims may be used. Direct Sellers must not make false, misleading, exaggerated, disease-treatment, disease-cure, disease-prevention or other unauthorised medical/health claims.
3.6 Website Certification
Information required to be published on the website under applicable direct-selling law shall be reviewed and, where required, duly certified by a practicing Company Secretary under the applicable provision of the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.
